Processing Times
All items at Mae Bridal (dba Maison Mae) are made to order, and processing times may vary depending on the designer and the specific item you’ve purchased. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email within 48 hours with the estimated production time for your item and request to confirm your measurements. After your order is completed, you will receive another notification when your item has shipped. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
International Shipping
We currently ship to United States only. Please reach out to team@maisonmae.co if you would like to place an international order.
